Casual Summer Dresses For Moms Featuring Closet52

With Summer in full swing here in Texas, I wanted to share some casual summer dresses that are perfect for moms.

I don’t know what the weather is like in your area, but it has been very hot here in Texas.

Like 100-degree weather hot out here.

When it’s hot like this, I just want to wear as less clothes as possible.

But the way this mom body of mine is set up, that just wouldn’t be cute if you know what I mean.

After having my second baby last year, my postpartum body has left me with a few more stretch marks and a little bit of the infamous mommy pouch.

Don’t get me wrong, I have learned to love my body after having my baby girl.

I just want to still feel cute in my mommy body.

And one of my favorite ways to dress up and feel cute, especially during the warmer months, is to put on a dress.

In this post, I will be sharing and reviewing some dresses that I received from the company, Closet52.

A lot of a mom’s style revolves around high-waisted pants, loosely fitted shirts, and messy buns.

Now don’t get me wrong, I will rock all of that at times.

Especially the comfortable high-waisted leggings that I find myself wearing all the time.

But sometimes, I want to look a little more dressed up and look put together as a mom.

Dresses are so easy to throw and with summer here, you find me wearing a lot of dresses because they are so easy and stylish.

Colorblock Dress

The first dress piece that I received from Closet52 is this Colorblock Dress in the colors black, white, and beige.

This simple dress has a scoop neckline, capped sleeves, and a ruffled hem that stops right under the knee.

I paired this dress with black espadrilles and a hat with black details on it.

This dress felt really comfortable and is very flattering to my long legs.

I’m on the taller side (5’9″) so when I tend to wear shorter pieces, it makes my legs look even longer.

Lace Maxi Dress

The next dress I received is this white Lace Maxi Dress.

Out of all the dresses, this dress is my favorite.

This dress screams summertime with its floral lace and spaghetti straps.

I envision myself walking down a boardwalk by a beach or a lake in this dress as the winds whips around me.

I styled this dress with white espadrilles and a floppy beach hat to really get that vibe.

This long maxi dress is such a nice dress that I’m looking forward to wearing this summer.

Off-Shoulder Tiered Maxi Dress

And the last dress that I received from Closet52 is this pink Off-Shoulder Tiered Maxi Dress.

It has a ruffled neckline that you can wear off the shoulders and is tiered starting at the waist all the way down the dress.

This dress is perfect to wear to an event such as a baby shower or a girl’s brunch.

I loved that this dress can either be dressed up or down depending on the way you style it.

Here I styled this dress a little more casual with clear sandals and a cute headband to complete this look.
